Christopher has always been curious about how people function. His early career as an Engineer, and Operational Manager led him to places where few had gone before. This edge shaping capability led him into a career as a trouble shooter in many complex and socially challenging contexts. Since 1997, a parallel career has taken him into the world of Integral Theory, Philosophy, Psychology and Practice. Christopher’s core exploration is today known as Full Spectrum Emergence – this ‘intel-inside’ point of view and practice builds upon the 50 year lineage of Clare W Graves (1978) and Spiral Dynamics Integral (1998) that was outlined by Don Beck and Ken Wilber. Together with his wife Sheila, they demonstrate application of this ‘intel-inside’ in as many contexts as possible.
